Visits From CPC
The CPC has been carrying out free individual member institution visits for the past two years and many have taken advantage of the service. The feedback has always been most positive and the CPC have also picked up invaluable customer information from these events. We have altered the scope of the visits over the past two months to include a short section on the risks to members under the new EU Remedies directives and this has proven to be a very valuable learning experience for the members.
