Crescent Purchasing Consortium

The only consortium owned by Further Education, providing the FE and Academies sectors with value for money contracts across the UK

Becoming a CPC Supplier

Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) was established in 2000 to assist Further Education Institutions in obtaining better value for money for goods and services. This has been achieved by establishing EU tendered framework agreements covering a wide range of goods and services, then promoting their availability to members via our website, email lists and supplier directory. Membership of the CPC is free for our members and there is no mandate upon members to use the supply arrangements. Funding for the CPC's services is provided by retrospective marketing premiums from contracted suppliers based on spend with CPC members.

The CPC is committed to providing its approved suppliers with a first class marketing support service linked into our contract management programme. The CPC focuses on providing value for money on all contracting activities through the supplier network.

The CPC is owned by its FE members and boasts 1169 members, located in all geographical regions throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

The following categories are able to take advantage of the free of charge membership of the CPC:

Please note that CPC suppliers do have the right to encourage any educational customers to seek CPC membership to the benefit of all parties
